Appointments
To arrange an appointment, please complete the booking enquiry form. Caroline will contact you to arrange this following your enquiry. Please do check your junk folder in case any email replies do end up there (lots seem to go there :/).
Consultation only appointments are available. These are not treatment appointments. These are shorter appointments to discuss your area of concern and potential treatment options.
Booking fee to secure appointment
A booking fee of £30 is taken to secure your appointment for consultations and treatments. A secure payment link will be directed to you prior to the booking. Payment can be made by cash/card or bank transfer. The £30 booking fee is deductible from full treatment cost.
Bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee is received for all treatment appointments and same day consult & treat appointments.
Unfortunately, appointments can not be held while waiting for payment to secure the appointment.
Cancellations/Non Attenders
Cancellations/Rearrange- If you wish to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide a minimum 7 days notice.
Booking Fee - The booking fee will be refundable PROVIDING you contact Caroline 7 days before the planned treatment appointment. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, the booking fee is non refundable.
Non Attenders- Failure to attend, booking fee non refundable.
